I realized recently that one of the few references to me on the net was my friend Douglas's memory of my describing Coney Island as "an amusement park in a slum."
So here I am, apart from that.
I make PrettyGoodZucchiniBread.
I took the choose-your-religion test at
http://www.speakout.com/ActivismTools/selectors/religion/
This was not what I was expecting. I *think* I ended up like this because of my emphasis on the deity-in-all-things, the environment, and good works. I have no idea what the scores mean. I'm 20 points more Jain than Catholic. Woo hoo!

This is my first web page. Many thanks to Rich for making it possible.
OBPUGGLE:
Sebbo's web research notes: "puggle" can mean fanatical pug dog fancier (used frequently in the public archives of the Yahoo pug dog mailing list); "puggled" is scottish slang for exhausted; "puggle" seems to have some specialized meaning among American manga-style fan artists, but I'm darned if I know what it is. Ah. And a puggle is also a baby echidna. No, Charlotte, it's not a sort of insect larva, after all.
Charlotte: Echidnas aren't technically insects?
Sebbo: Not technically, no.

p.s. 1/2 My friend Ranjit has some things up at
http://www.word.com/thething/pre.html .
They are all pretty silly.
The meat thing is not potluck-safe.
p.p.s. Douglas lives at http://www.lacunae.com/ . You could also type in http://www.nafex.org/, but only if you actually cared about things like grafting wax. If you'd like to learn more about modern land use, in a, er, spiritual way, try http://www.clui.org/
And now, an editorial comment from Sebbo:
p.3 s. My turn-offs include long walks on the beach, weights proportional to heights, and Willow Avenue.
(What's wrong with Willow Ave???????)
I real don't know, say I, Meg, as I try to remember the
exact context for the turn-off litany. Perhaps you ought to ask Mr. Banker, given that he wrote that comment, and still lives there.
It involves Charlotte giving Meg directions to my apartment. The phrase "your turn-off is Willow Street" was bandied-about heavily.
(Splurge!)
