Part of greater San Diego, Mission Beach attracts visitors with its classic boardwalk, stretch of beautiful beach and old fashioned amusement park. It’s also become something of a nightlife destination, with numerous bars and clubs appealing to a younger crowd. There are plenty of choices for accommodation, and if you’re interested in holiday rentals Mission Beach has plenty to choose from. Many rentals overlook the boardwalk or are within a few minutes’ walk from the beach; expect to pay more for a prime location. Cheaper options, and rentals offering more outdoor space can be found a few blocks away from the beach. Regardless, a holiday rental is nearly always cheaper than booking a couple of hotel rooms for families or groups traveling together. And although Mission Beach has its share of places to eat, a rental also saves you money as it comes with its own kitchen.
