In the United States, there are over 18 million people with disabilities. That’s roughly 12% of the total population and includes 4.3 million unemployed adults! 2) Offer Job Opportunities That Can Be Done From Home: Employers may not be willing to hire disabled adults who need more flexibility than others because they are worried about the potential for lack of productivity. However, plenty of opportunities can be managed from homes such as customer service, transcription services, or content writing!
3) We can help disabled adults get jobs by assisting employers to hire them. Employers will save money hiring disabled employees because they may not require as much training or supervision when on the job. This saves a company time and money in its payroll budget. Hiring disabled individuals helps them become productive members of society instead of sitting idle on welfare rolls.
