This being the case, these governments are turning towards AI to help solve arising problems of scammers intercepting payments from governments to citizens.
The AI involved is called Machine Learning (ML) and it is designed, or in the process of being designed, to interfere with any possible interception between the giving of money and the receiving of money to the people the money was intended to go to.
The window of time to perpetrate this scam is very small, so the ML has to be just as quick to act. With all of the advancements in modern technology, this should end well for the good guys.
