One Of NC’s Best Flea Markets

One appeal of the Raleigh flea market is that it’s so easy to get to. The sprawling flea market is located just a few minutes from Interstate 40 and attracts dealers and bargain hunters not just from the Raleigh area, but from Rocky Mount, Greensboro and Fayetteville too. There’s also plenty of free parking and a variety of vendors selling fast food and drinks. And if you’re looking for a bargain, there are typically over 500 vendors here at the weekend, selling everything from sporting memorabilia and pets, to antique furniture, jewelry, household items and old records. The market has been in operation since the 1970s and has grown in size and popularity over the years; today it’s considered to be one of the best flea markets in North Carolina. It’s open 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays, and admission is free.
