A fitness coach, also called a fitness trainer or instructor, plans and helps to motivate individuals or groups in exercise activities that can include cardiovascular exercises (that help heart function and blood circulation in the body), strength training, stretching and other fitness activities. They work with a range of people at varying ages and skill levels with the goal of improving their fitness levels.
