Losing weight isn’t always easy and if you struggle with it, a weight loss coach may be the answer. You’ll typically meet with your coach to discuss your goals and come up with a plan of action. Your coach is then responsible for helping you adhere to that plan, motivating you when needed, and advising on appropriate exercise or recommended dietary changes. A coach may be self employed or they may work for a health or fitness center. The advantages of working with a coach are clear; you have the constant support and advice of someone who understands what your goal is, and you have advice that’s specific to you and your situation. If you have a background in fitness, diet or nutrition and enjoy helping others, a career as a coach may be an option. It’s definitely a sometimes challenging, yet highly rewarding job.
